An anonymous businessman decided to spread some pre-holiday cheer by surprising some lucky (random) residents of Reading, PA, one of the poorest cities in America. Visiting thrift stores, laundromats and bus terminals, the businessman passed out $100 bills to residents, and in return, all they had to do was to do something nice for someone else. Really sad what is going on in Reading, Pa. Kinda unbelieveable
